Partial payment is require with the order. It represents 100 per ordered device (50 for only one board).
The price, for metropolitan France, is intended free port if the order contains at least one Ethernaude device or one EtherIO board (ColiPoste 48 hours with insurance), otherwise look up us. Payment by French postal or bank cheque.
For departments and territories overseas and others countries, additional bank charges will be paid by the customer (the total settlement must be paid with the order, the additional cost for postage is 6 and you must include charge for changing bank).
The first run of 50 Ethernaude device is in priority reserved to Aude group members.
If this quota doesnt obtain 3 weeks before the delivery of the run, orders from others people will be accepted. Excess orders (members and others) will be delivered on next run. Partial payment will be banking only with the start of the new run.
The partial payment will be banking when we are sure to deliver you with the current run. The balance must be sent before the delivery. You will be advertised (email, phone, mail, ). mιcASTROnic firm keeps total proprietary of the item until the total settlement. Products will ship by acknowledgement receipt with insurance, the customer who receive the package becomes real proprietary.
Ethernaude device and accessories sale together are guaranteed 1 year pieces and labour, you must return, at your charge, in an appropriate protection package (insurance is advised for the shipment). The reshipment charges will be paid by mιcASTROnic firm. The reparation delay will be 2 weeks maximum (except in case of specific problem not provided by the after sales service). The warranty can be cancelled in case of bad use of the device, try to open it without prior agreement, chock, excess thermal constraint,
The warranty doesnt cover others elements connected to the Ethernaude device, even if a problem occur with normal usage of the device.
With the shipment, we will propose you a special exchange guarantee (in 2 or 3 days maximum in case of malfunction). This will be detailed in a document joint with the device, that you can return with additional payment for this service.
Your order will be valid only if the two pages are dated, signed and accompanied of your payment. We will inform you on the number of the device that is reserved for you.
By accepting this terms of sales, you accept that your coordinates will be manipulated by computer (only for mιcASTRonic firm). You keep the right to consult and modify these coordinates.
